      The company has excellent depth of the product knowledge what they work. Excellent management. compensation and benefits. Very good work environment and lot of potential for the growth for the hard working individuals.

      Employees who Is willing to work extra can earn more and also move up in the ladder. All employees are expected to do above and beyond the expectations

      Good Medical Insurance and 401K Plan

      Cons

      -Employer holds portion of your rate/salary and never pays you that amount -Be ready to lose decent portion of salary -There is no policy manual and employer defines policies dynamically to their benefit -Don't join the firm on H1B visa or on hourly rate basis -Need to follow up multiple times with management on salary grievances -Very few clients and you need to look for a new project on your own
