      Everybody knows his role in company, nobody bothers each other for the output.

      Pros

      Employees work hard. Employees cover a lot of territory.

      Cons

      Disorganization. Insufficient access to information to perform at highest level or cover for vacant positions. Poor communication. Favoritism. Keep staff not performing + term staff who speak up. Pay not commensurate with workload/level of responsibility.
