Pros
-One of the biggest construction companies in Africa and middle east -if the job on remote site you will have site allowance (2000-3000 LE for transportation ) and (3000 LE for accommodation) and over time per hour -Transportation will be provided to the nearest pickup point possible
Cons
-Working in the mega project which the Military is the Owner the work environment is not the best (too long working hours that can reach to 12 hours , no good coordination bet different departments due to extreme fast track and limited time )
