Pros
1- great for getting experience and to adventure into the IT world. The people are nice and helpful 2- The work hours and work structure is very good for work/life balance 3- Although, it's a relatively small company, but the client base is very good. You get to deal with high-end clients including MNC, government bodies, and other local brands.
Cons
1- communication breakdown as it seems 1-way communication. 2- No specific JD, hence, it's easy for supervisors to say that you haven't done enough, or you could have done better. This affects the mentality of the employee as i wasn't able to focus on a specific role. 3- Pay structure is commission-based, through out the whole month you have to worry about how much you will earn this month and if you can cover your monthly expenses. This wastes so much time and keeps you on your toes. So you end up worrying about money, but not doing actual work.
