Cons
Management team does not know how to manage. Their communication style comes off as smug and arrogant. There is a big gap in actual knowledge of how the products they sell work. There is a big culture issue, and any positive reviews here are most likely from management. Knowledge is kept in silos, and people are only given as much as they need. There is no growth. And a facade of a “loving family” is is how they present being an orange142 is like but in reality no one is happy.
