Pros

Coworkers were great and I am still friends with them

Cons

Merged with another management company that really sent them into a downward spiral. Things slowly started getting cut; team meetings, properties, the company Christmas party. Leadership didn’t communicate with managers. When the president eventually left, there was no communication of how things were going to be moving forward. They didn’t even off board the president. She got everything situated during her more than two week notice by herself because she cared for her employees. No one came and talked to her during that time until the day they came and told her she was done prior to her stated last day. One of the individuals that are supposed to be “leadership” wouldn’t do their job then would blame others for their shortcomings.

Pros

Free gas for transportation from site to stie

Cons

They don't care about their tenants or employees. Work load is unrealistic and once the president saw how bad it was going Angela left and when Josh took that role it just got worse. He would rather tenants go with basic items then asking for approval to replace broken itsma

Pros

Pay was okay for some positions. Benefits were good.

Cons

Ever since when Orange merged with another property management company, everything changed. The leadership of the other company merged with Orange and have just ruined the culture that had been created. All raises were stopped as were quarterly bonus structure, tenant events and social media promotions were stopped, no more company clothing or swag provided and even the company Christmas party was cut. Orange doesn't pay anywhere near what they should for property managers and area managers, specifically in the Fargo market and it takes forever to hire anyone and they always leave right away because everywhere else is hiring for much more. Recently, the President of our company left for all these reasons and now there is no one leading the company at all. No one is even trying to lead the company or reaching out to employees and letting them know they are working on things. I really enjoyed my former coworkers and the culture that used to be there but its gone. Owners are still calling former employees because current management doesn't answer their phone or emails. They have shut down multiple offices and let go a ton of employees and yet they keep their names and pictures on their website to look like they are staffed.
