Orange Line has an incredible culture driven by its people. The team is full of smart, supportive, and passionate specialists who genuinely care about their work and each other. There’s a strong sense of collaboration, and the day-to-day environment is positive and energising.
Cons
Unfortunately, the culture doesn’t extend to the leadership level. There are ongoing challenges with communication, prioritisation, and follow-through on commitments. While there have been good intentions to create a healthier, more balanced workplace, these haven’t always translated into action. The focus often leans towards revenue and margin over team wellbeing, and the physical workspace hasn't seen much investment despite clear needs.
