There are no pro's with this company.

Owners only care about themselves. It is obvious by their personal sales records they keep all incoming leads for themselves. The owners actively steal leads and phone calls from the agents. This company overcharges the agents with bogus annual fee's to generate income for themselves. I have never seen such greedy and unscrupulous owners. This company overcharges its realtors for services that only support the owners. This company boasts about advertising but only advertise for themselves. There is a good talk to join the office and when you do you never hear a word from the owners who care nothing for the agents in the offices. There is absolutely no training in this company. The offices are bare with minimal working computers, no heat in the winter and no AC in the summer. There is not an ounce of training or guidance. The owners boast of being technologically advanced office when in fact there is no technology and the company is living in the dark ages compared to every other real estate office. Looking to join a Real Estate office? Go to any other company but Orange Key Realty.
