Pros
1.Fake (positive) culture showing to me when I was started. 2. Every month 1 or 2 times you will get small small surprising food treat's ( which indirectly cut from your salary without any reason) 3. I joined just because I want to grow my knowledge in marketing industry.
Cons
1.They believe in donkey work. Only act like a smarty. 2. They think every creative person is robot who has super Powers and work on a creative projects in minutes . 3. Be careful , because they can insult you at anytime .. they give no respect to employees , but they can pretend that they respect you .. 4. They tend to give last minute work , without any proper notice or brief 5. Lack of proper time management 6. I worked there for one year , I have observed that they belittle and insult their employees in front of everyone , without any strong reasons 6. Lack of knowledge about market and current market trends 7. You make entry for an individual easy , but you make his/her exit really tough and bad ..in essence , I would like to say that my working experience with this company is really bad ..please don't fall for sweet words because it can be a trap
