      working enviroment, cultural diversity, carrier opportunity, benefits, compensation I find this company as a very good place to work.

      Cons

      Since they are french and government own some shares, they do not fire french colleagues. Sometimes it is very difficult to work with people who knows they stay there even if they do nothing

      Compassionate employees and very patient. I got a pay increase without even asking after one year

      The work environment and management are good, with a healthy work-life balance, but this only applies to certain teams, not universally across the company.

      Cons

      Old employees are paid less (or receive worse salaries) compared to new hires, even when holding the same job title or responsibilities.
