      In the past, the company gave me a lot of opportunities to develop and to be promoted. Additionally, I changed a few times departments and branches inside the organization (B2B, B2C, HQ).

      During the last few years, personnel reduction programs have become tougher and tougher, resulting in worsening motivation and openness for friendly collaboration and support across functions in organizations.

      The work environment and management are good, with a healthy work-life balance, but this only applies to certain teams, not universally across the company.
