      great team members that's all

      HUGE work load, under staffed team, bad salary the upper management in OBS sucks, they only promote their friends no career path, very difficult to move internally from one team to another. not enough trrainings unclean bathrooms oh, and the company is ALWAYS under "cost reduction"

      The work environment and management are good, with a healthy work-life balance, but this only applies to certain teams, not universally across the company.

      Old employees are paid less (or receive worse salaries) compared to new hires, even when holding the same job title or responsibilities.
