      Pros

      The people you work with are the pros. You can make many long term relationships there. Working remotely is a definite perk and probably the only one.

      Cons

      If you are not part of the "in" group, you are not treated well. French company so if you're not French, you are looked down at. They don't care about their employees at all and don't make it easy to want to stay.

      Compassionate employees and very patient. I got a pay increase without even asking after one year
