Pros
The people at Orange make it a great place to work, learn and grow. The business is so diverse and global it is a great place to work and learn how a global business really works.
Cons
The nature of the industry is demanding, stressful and very fast paced. The stress can be very high and the hours and expectations are also high. It is hard to get promoted vs. moved around. Difficult to get a raise (even after being promoted).
