Teams are great, colleagues supportive, flexible working. Training investment and bonus schemes good and annual leave reasonable. When employeed originally usually good within market arena
Cons
Very limited payrises, no payrise on promotion. Huge outsource of back office functions so investment is cheaper but team employed are a huge overhead. Too many complex systems and processes due to being French owned and various amalgumations.
