Good health benefits, friendly collegues/managers, very good phone benefits, meal tickets, flexible worktime, nice place to work. Overall good HR policies.
Cons
A lot of stress, hard work, too many targets in the sales area, comission fees very poor, extremelly hard to grow and raise the salary, no parking spaces, below average salaries, no bonuses.
