Pros
Good brand, work life balance, peers are great help. work is very cordial, very less politics at peer level.
Cons
management needs to reinvent the wheel as they are still old school, not good with enterprise only government accounts. managers don't know much how to truly help their reportees or mentor. very poor office location and no facilities.
