Fun work culture and coworkers. If you are in the right department you will have the opportunity to be creative and share your talents with the company.
Cons
You will not have room to move up. Management will scrutinize every move and leave you with very few options to resolve patron issues yourself but will also not be available to resolve patron issues. Management seems to want to run the company like a company concerned with a bottom line rather than the government agency it is.
