Pros

I cannot think of any

Cons

This was the most toxic work environment I have ever known. I worked for the London office and I was bullied horrifically by my supervisor. They didn’t care one week I worked 15 hours per day and they pretended that they didn’t notice. I haven’t worked there for nearly 2 years and I still can’t have my teams notification on because I have PTSD from the horrible messages I would receive. Everyone is overworked. They hire people fresh out of uni with little experience so initially you are grateful for the experience, but you do the work of a fee earner on a salary of £18k per year which is not enough to live on in London. I would not recommend working here to anybody not matter how desperate you are for a job, keep looking you deserve somewhere that appreciates you.

Pros

None I can think of

Cons

Bad management, constantly being watched and tracked. Told that every minute you have to be working or you’ll be asked why you weren’t. Dodgy management/firm.

Pros

Nice offices in a desirable central location. Exposure to a variety of legal areas and case types. Opportunities to take on responsibility early in your career.

Cons

Leadership often feels disconnected from staff the CEO rarely engages with employees and appears unaware of team morale. Frequent talks about “culture,” but actions don’t reflect inclusivity or fairness. Hardworking employees are often overlooked for promotion while a select few are consistently favoured. Management behaviour can be undermining and at times bullying, leading to low morale. Lack of consistent direction and cohesion at senior levels creates a sense of instability and confusion among staff.
