Bad management, constantly being watched and tracked. Told that every minute you have to be working or you’ll be asked why you weren’t. Dodgy management/firm.

All the other paralegals and trainee solicitors were very kind. Nice office.

This is honestly the worst firm I have ever worked at. Aside from the low salary that is non-negotiable regardless of your experience, within your first 2 weeks of starting you are already snowed under with an unreasonably high number of cases with minimal training. The senior staff/solicitors are very unhelpful and get annoyed when you ask them for help! Everybody struggled with the volume of work and caseload but this was frowned upon. Majority of the days you spend working late hours. This firm completely impacted my mental health and is such a toxic environment, after this role I completely stopped my legal career and moved onto another path. Would not recommend
