      Oracle being a big name gets your foot in the door for career moves. Good work life balance.

      Cons

      Low pay, culture is not inspiring. CSADP onboarding may have improved in the last few years, but when I joined, it was not the best.

      - Name recognition and solid product functionality - quality people and support internally to find answers - solid base pay compared to similar roles

      Cons

      - high account turnover prevents establishing trust with customers - new products were not breaking through in the marketplace - comp plan changes were happening every 4-6 months
