      The other employees and the name of the company

      Cons

      Salary seems to be perma-frozen. We went from full wfh, to 1 day, to 2 days and now we will go forcefully to 3. All because almost nobody wants to go to the office.

      Hybrid schedule, good tools, good training for the most part

      Cons

      High expecations despite under 10% of the org hitting quota, constant process changes, disorganzied org meetings, inconsistent answers across teams, heavy outbound, highly competitive for accounts, and finally NetSuite is a legacy product that will be replaced in the next 3 years or so
