      I was able to manage and coordinate my department how I saw fit for maximum production.

      Cons

      There was no previous notice of termination during a layoff. Moving up in the company was almost impossible despite my eagerness and success in my position.

      The shift hours were kinda crappy being an overnight shift at RDU airport

      Pros

      You gain a lot of experience quickly due to the effect of salt water and elevators. If you can maintain an elevator in that environment than you can handle anything a closed in elevator can throw at you.

      Cons

      Pay, hours, and no clear direction.
