Pros
They hire anyone cus nobody stays
Cons
Management and training sucks and my personal experience has been nothing but negative. I started work here under a terrible boss and for the sake of anonymity I'll call him Richard. Richard would often consider me and my newly hired co-workers to be irresponsible and lesser workers due to our age after some time I was sent to a different department where I had less issues as I didn't run I to management as often. Around this time some crew member of a different department whom I'd never even spoken to had spread rumors about me being an unreliable worker and he'd said this to one of the higher ups. After about a week or so somehow there was nobody left on the second shift of my department but me and so when work built up it was suddenly my fault (mind you I hadn't even had proper training in said department) time goes by and one day I mess up on something important to production and they transferred me back to my original department and since then there was a week where they canceled work for a whole week without notice in the middle of the pandemic mind you, and now after seeing other people get paid time off and not having corona but waiting on results they won't pay me for one day while I wait on my results and am not allowed in. Aside from my personal experience I find that management sucks and the training is poor. There's little room for promotion and if you don't speak clear english don't expect one, in fact if you don't speak English you'll probably be put on labor jobs.
