Pros
Although there have been some challenges with the supervisor's leadership style, I have to say that the company overall is a great place to work. The team is incredibly supportive, and there's a real sense of camaraderie here. Even in the midst of difficult situations, we pull together and get things done.
Cons
It was a mess to remember working for the supervisor of this company who was unattainable in more ways then one. Their management style was charaterized by micromanagement and inconsistency, which made it challenging for employees' shoulders, scrutinizing every detil of their work, and making unreasonable demands. At the same time, the supervisor's expectations were often inconsistent, leaving employees confused about what was expected of them. One day they would praise employees for doing somethingonway, and the next day they woul criticize them for the same thing. This created a stressful and frustrating work environment for everyone involved.
