Pros

The sole advantage lies in the punctual payment of the salary.

Cons

Expect minimal personal time due to extensive work commitments. Innovation is stifled by the reliance on outdated technologies and poor coding practices, lacking adherence to coding principles. You'll find yourself working beyond standard hours; although the official schedule is 9-6, the company aims to retain employees until 8:30 or later. Failure to comply may result in subtle yet persistent pressure. Staff members have been directed to delay serving afternoon meals until after 7:30, subtly encouraging employees to stay past the intended time. The company's commitment to its promises appears unreliable; significant changes can be made to your role without warning. A considerable portion of the team consists of non-technical personnel, despite being a programming-centric environment. Notably absent is a comprehensive HR policy, leaving employees without clear guidelines. Moreover, the company actively discourages taking leaves, attempting to limit your time off.

Pros

No Pros to describe anything

Cons

First of all, I have not received my 1.5 months’ salary and my Eid bonus, which amounts to approximately 50k. The company has a severe reputation for unethical terminations, often firing employees without notice, compensation, or pending salary settlements. Management is toxic, unprofessional, and treats employees disrespectfully, creating a hostile and unstable work environment. Workload is excessive, the environment is unhealthy, and poor communication practices leave employees stressed and unsupported. Labor laws, HR policies, and administrative structure are largely ignored, resulting in no job security and constant employee turnover. Overall, the company suffers from mismanagement, lack of transparency, and a damaged industry reputation due to repeated mistreatment of staff.
