Pros
When I first joined Opus, I decided to be as neutral in my opinion and just live through the experience one day at a time. It’s been about 4 months since I have joined, and I can safely say it has been not only a rewarding experience, but also exciting in so many ways. There is something new to do/ learn every single day. Work is celebrated and so are the people for who they are. The flexibility to manage work and personal time also I feel, is one of the best I have experienced so far. The thing that stood out to me most is how professionally teams manage work related pressures, deadlines without compromising on the camaraderie between each other. This makes the experience very enjoyable overall and motivates us to do our best work.
