Pros

-opportunity for creativity during work hours, such as art demos or mural painting

Cons

-minimum wage pay -job stress was high -implementation of new systems that were not ready to roll out -psychological injury on the job was high -when asked for reasonable concessions, management refused -no benefits -not accessible for someone who developed chronic illnesses while working -upper management held monthly calls with staff to make sure bottom line was upheld

Pros

Amazing staff, you will learn a lot, get to test and be surrounded by art supplies.

Cons

No growth, if you try and get a raise (which is only offered after a year) they will most likely tell you your wage is fixed. You will have to fight for a wage increase just to be denied no matter how hard you work. You will be doing the absolute most for minimum pay. They will play favouritism for employees that don't stand up or question injustices. They present themselves to be wholesome and care about others but it's all a brand, they are just as corporate as any big chain you've ever worked for and all they care about is protecting their bottom line.

Pros

- Great coworkers - Working in inventory keeps you busy - Customers are mostly nice, overall atmosphere of the store is good especially if you are a creative person - You can to try out products for free sometimes and make demo artwork

Cons

- Management can be a bit vague - The pay is low compared to what they expect from you - For inventory specifically it can be easy to get stressed and burnt out
