      Pros

      Very friendly environment and people to work with. You are welcome to discuss any new idea and concepts with the board members. Any changes introduced are welcomed for feedback. Flexible for WFH or in office. Pet-friendly office.

      Cons

      Employees only know the others that work directly with them. Budget approval takes longer as the report should go up to the parent company.

      Pros

      Flat structure; everyone is extremely approachable as well as knowledgeable in their areas of work. I joined during John Lewis’ acquisition of Opun; which has been a very exciting time with amazing prospects

      Cons

      Not enough social events, although I do enjoy our Friday evening drinks in the office at the “Opun” bar!
