I have been working for Optym for almost three years. There is a lovely working environment, as well as friendly atmosphere in the company. Most of the employees are technically powerful. In comparison with other companies, Optymers have lots of privileges. To mention some, the company encourages its employees and provides with favorable conditions to learn new technologies and grow professionally. With regard to the management, it is an open and transparent company which appreciates and considers each employee's feedback. Frequently organized in company activities boost communication among team members.
Cons
Sometimes deadlines are tight, so the people have to work more to keep them successfully. Besides, there should not be division among the teams (and team members) and all of them should be treated equally.
