Nepotism and CEO Fail - Manager Optym Employee Review

You don’t want to work here unless you’re a fan of nepotism. The CEO failed to secure venture capital for a startup and failed to see it was his own shortcomings that were the cause. The CEO did well with a project/consulting-based business, but didn't realize that a SaaS business would require marketing resources to build. He then decided to outsource the sales and marketing to India—yeah, that will work well with American truckers. Steer clear, there are plenty of great jobs out there with less craziness.
