      Pros

      Work quality is very good. All the colleagues are very helpful and approachable. Flexibility to implement your idea in code. Pay is great.

      Cons

      Work hour gets extended not sure because of covid or what. Team sizes are small so sometimes you have to handle too much work.

      Free lunch and Winter break.

      Cons

      This is a 'Lala' company where the CEO treats his employees as servants. They have to either fall in line or move out. He is not open to ideas. It is his way or the highway. His 2 kids are in executive roles and do NOT add any value. This is dying company with absolutely no future,
