Nepotism. Authoritarian attitudes. High turnover. Too often management depends on fear to motivate people. Sexual harassment went virtually unaddressed. Lots of talk of it being a "family" but that mostly meant they felt they had the right to keep you from going home to your family. 50 hour work week minimum, but most seem to work 70-80.
