1. Good and really intelligent people to work with. 2. Free food except for lunch, you need to pay 60 for lunch. 3. Projects are descent bot not that great
Cons
1. It’s not a company it’s a scam 2. HR and other top managements are just puppets and of no use. 3. There is no information flow, no transparency and nothing clear regarding salary, project, work etc 5. Work culture is toxic and needs 12-14 hrs of work. 6. And the worst part is they scam employees I terms of money they use two components named : loyality bonus and performance bonus , what they said when hired me is that your CTC includes loyality bonus which is 20% of base which is like on. But when I joined they removed this component and said will pay only 10 percent that too not that year but next year that too split into 12 parts. And this year also they show repeated same. They are running a pure scam. Please avoid. It’s more toxic and frustrating than where are you are are planning to run away from. Don’t get into a new gutter from an old gutter.
