Pretty chill most of the time

Some bosses could be quite mad when its not that big a deal.

Very flexible in terms of shifts for casual staff, since you opt-in & put your availability, though cancelling shifts requires you to contact the staffing team. Co-workers are great, and it's relatively easy to get a chance to move into leadership positions if you show initiative.

Can be somewhat difficult to find tasks to do at the end of a shift
