Cons
Bad implementation of stack ranking for performance review. Company has no long term strategy "red-tape" and outsourcing are systemic and affecting time to market and innovation The long term employees don't want to take any risk, so one day they can get a fat redundancy package. No accountability at the senior leadership level Constant layoffs when the financial targets are in jeopardy
