Most colleagues are friendly. California is a good place to live with nice weather. Most people in California are relatively easy to change a job. Optoplex is a good life-work balance company. Most employees are Chinese. It is a good place for job seeker who can't speak English and like to work in a Chinese culture based environment.

Managers are from engineer background and have no training for management, and don't know how manager. CEO's management style is very rude.
