      Pros

      I had a great experience in the Acadomi, they took a chance on me and guided me through everything every step of the way. I met lifelong friends through this program and worked the hardest I've ever worked but I enjoyed every minute of it. The mentors, leaders, and peers you'll have at this company are so amazing; they will push you to push yourself. It's not easy, but it is rewarding.

      Cons

      If you're not willing to be in office before 8am and leave after 5pm and continually push yourself, this job is not for you. Optomi forces you to be the best version of yourself, so be ready for a lot of personal and professional growth!

      There are some great people here and the training program prepares you pretty well

      Cons

      The culture is highly metrics-driven, which can make job security feel uncertain. Employees may be placed on a performance improvement plan after one underperforming quarter, even following periods of strong success. Expectations often remain unchanged despite broader market challenges, creating significant pressure during slower business cycles. Super hard to make good commission.
