Good projects, lots of chances for hardworking people to advance when projects are available, flexible work schedule in some cases. Good 401K.

Management is horrible at communication. Pay is lower than many other production companies. One EP has a reputation for making people cry and undermines other people's work and ideas so he can take credit. Very few vacation days, even for longtime staff members. Not a lot of projects in the pipeline. Longtime viability of company is unknown.
