Pros
The industry we work in at OptoFidelity is really interesting! We have great pay structures and benefits, including unlimited PTO and a 401k with a 5% match. It's a great company with great co-workers who are all passionate about the AR/VR/XR and display markets. We also have fun team events like dinners, go-kart racing, Topgolf, and more.
From a Sales, HR, and Marketing perspective, I get to work in all three areas, which is excellent for my career growth. However, you get out what you put in.
Overall, I would definitely recommend working at OptoFidelity, but only if you are passionate about the industry and what we are selling!
Cons
Sometimes, being an international company with locations on three different continents can hinder the information-sharing process.
It requires a strong interest in technology and takes time to fully grasp what we are selling, unless you have background in Engineering.
