Pros
I worked with Optiwise Online for a little over a year, and i saw them grow from a small team to a mammoth operation even at a time when every other company was looking at cuts and furloughs.
Optiwise works with a team of remote writers from all over the world. This makes things challenging, but they do their best to keep everyone engaged. The management is wonderful, and a lot of emphasis is given to individual contribution and growth. Its hard word, don't get me wrong, but what isn't.
What makes this company different is that is no politics, the management is brilliant, they actually listen to you, and they go above and beyond to reward loyalty, hard work and discipline. I had to leave the role to become a stay at home mum, but i really enjoyed every minute there.
The growth plan the company has is phenomenal at all junior and senior, and I have seen some brilliant remote writers jump one or two levels during my short time there.
