Pros
There's a high level of autonomy Responsibility and ownership are available at very early career stages and that continues thereafter The hugely collaborative and open culture is firstly a pleasure to be in, and secondly facilitates an incredibly quick rate of personal growth and development. Coming up for 10 years, I'm still learning every day and am surrounded by smart, energetic people that still challenge me to be better and improve.
Cons
There are only so many hours in the day, being at a high performing company where you grow every week and day doesn't come for free, it takes energy and time and having life balance takes some conscious planning. There can be extra busy periods that come with some stress and leave less personal time. (Although we always have our weekends).
