      Hands on experience from day one, with flat structure and casual environment. You get to work with a lot of smart people.

      You are subject to ups and downs of the derivatives industry, which is a shared risk exposure you get when you work in the industry.

      When HR mgmt is on record stating things like the company shouldn’t hire females anymore, it really makes you wonder how they make decisions on who should fill management positions
