      Pros

      - Salary significantly above the market - In-house facilities: free and high quality breakfast/lunch/dinner, chair massage, events, snacks and beverages, barista coffee - High budget for trainings without any compensation agreement - High tech infrastructure

      Cons

      - Culture: Optiver = droptiver. If someone does not like you for any reason, they will make you out. HR has zero power, no help. - Continuous political games with consistent talking about you at the back, manipulating facts. - Very low quality people management. On all levels. - 5 days working from the office policy.

      When HR mgmt is on record stating things like the company shouldn’t hire females anymore, it really makes you wonder how they make decisions on who should fill management positions
