      Extremely poor pay. Too much backbiting amongst the workers. Absolutely NO job security. Too much religiosity at work place. No job description once employed. Too much work pressure. Slow career growth.

      Pros

      Great team building activities and effective communication. Meetings everyday for all staff members to be on board with the agenda of the day. I valued the christian culture of the company and the morning devotions.
