benefits , work life balance .

Cons

Post ESW acquired the organisation it completely sabotaged the Red knee way of working . Bought in a sense of insecurity amongst employee , ambiguities increased exponentially about what their plan was to do with the human capital , goalposts being changed after every 2 months.
