      Pros

      2015 was a difficult year while we gained our footing. Optiv has emerged stronger in 2016. I am looking forward to the endless possibilities in this space in the years to come. Being part of this historical merger has been an education and I would not trade it. With the amount of brain power, talent and work ethic exhibited by the current team, we will only get better.

      Cons

      Processes and procedures are being improved and the culture is being established. Legacy teams need to continue to unite and let go of the past. Benefits need to be better than the competition.

      Pros

      Unlimited PTO Supportive Management Depending on who you get Good work life balance as long as you don't take the job with you after hours Work from Home Hands on Training - could still use improvement Annual pay increase

      Cons

      2 layoffs in a year when they keps saying everything was fine.... Laying off core contributors so now everyone who is left is doing the work of 2-3 people and not being compensated accordingly Only way to get a worth while pay increase is to move up in the company the annual increases are not inline with inflation or cost of living
