Pros

My favorite aspects of Optiv are the PEOPLE and the PURPOSE. The PEOPLE are amazing. Intelligent, helpful, and motivated folks who take pride/ownership in their work. There may be a few negative nellies around due to the integration but they'll weed themselves out soon enough. The PURPOSE of a company like Optiv is inspiring - who wouldn't want to be "the good guys" and help secure the information of the world's most desirable enterprises? I can share my data as a consumer with certain companies because I trust the work that Optiv has done to protect them.

Cons

Take two high-performing companies full of high-energy folks that are driven to do the right thing, add in a bunch of integration uncertainty, and speed bumps are going to feel like driving off a cliff. There is still lots of change taking place, so if someone isn't ready for a challenge or isn't comfortable with change, it may not be for them till after integration stabilizes. Benefits are being realigned and don't seem like a positive change to legacy FishNet folks, but would probably seem fine to a new hire. Folks just don't appreciate what they have till it's gone.

Pros

Unlimited PTO Supportive Management Depending on who you get Good work life balance as long as you don't take the job with you after hours Work from Home Hands on Training - could still use improvement Annual pay increase

Cons

2 layoffs in a year when they keps saying everything was fine.... Laying off core contributors so now everyone who is left is doing the work of 2-3 people and not being compensated accordingly Only way to get a worth while pay increase is to move up in the company the annual increases are not inline with inflation or cost of living
