Pros
I started off as a temporary worker. Within a month of me working hard which wasn't unnoticed, my boss offered my a permanent position with Optiv. I work on a great team and there is a lot of support in this company. Everyone that I've ever encountered is helpful. I've never been in environment like this. There is a lot of training. I like the idea that I can work home a couple days of the week. I'm so happy to be in my position and this enviroment. There is a lot of growth as well.
Cons
There aren't a lot of Cons I've ever encountered. I mentioned above I can work home a couple days of the week. Not all the positions give you that flexibility.
