Pros
I have been here for seven months (Fishnet, now Optiv), and from the first day the thing that most impresses me about this company is the culture / climate. This company has amazing people working here that are the best at what they do, and the leadership has created what has become a very fun place to work at. I honestly get excited to go to work every day, which has not always been the case. The merger with Accuvant was fast and furious but seems to have gone off very well. I see nothing but even more growth for this organization and am very proud to be a part of it.
Cons
I was a little concerned about the name change, feeling it would abandon the strong name recognition in the sector of both Fishnet and Accuvant; however the more I see and read, I have a very good feeling about where Optiv is heading.
